For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 1 John 2:16

Are you struggling with the sins of lust and pride? If so, you’re not the only one. Many people are. The truth is not many people are willing to admit it in this hour. It’s not very popular to not be in the in crowd. It’s more acceptable to go with the flow, fit in, do what everyone else is doing. But that’s not God’s way! 

Enter ye in at the strait gate:  for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strati is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.  Matthew 7:13-14 

Grace is unmerited favor! We don’t deserve it but yet it’s ours. God’s grace and mercy is sufficient for you and I in this hour if we just repent of our wrongdoing and turn from our wicked ways and ask for forgiveness.

Awake though that sleepeth and Christ will give thee light

If you would like to repent and get back in right standing with God restore your relationship with him, say this prayer:  Lord I ask you to forgive me for allowing the sin of pride and lust to cause division in my heart toward you.  You are not a God of division but the God of Univision. You’re the God of one vision and that vision has been made clear to me.  You’re the God of love and your grace and mercy never cease.  Lord I ask you for direction and guidance in everything I do from this day forward.  Lord I want to reconcile my relationship with you and have fresh start in my relationship with you.  I ask this in Jesus name.  Amen!

If you would like to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior say this prayer:  I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead.  Lord your word declares that with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.   Romans 10:9-10

LUST AND PRIDE, LUJURIA Y ORGULLO (En Español)

Porque todo lo que hay en el mundo, la lujuria de la carne, y la lujuria de los ojos, y el orgullo de la vida, no es del Padre, sino del mundo. 1 Juan 2:16

¿Estás luchando con los pecados de lujuria y orgullo? Si es así, no eres el único. Mucha gente lo es. La verdad no es que mucha gente esté dispuesta a admitirlo en esta hora. No es muy popular no estar en la multitud. Es más aceptable ir con el flujo, encajar, hacer lo que todos los demás están haciendo. ¡Pero ese no es el camino de Dios! 

Entrada en la puerta estrecha: porque ancho es la puerta, y ancho es el camino, que conduce a la destrucción, y muchos hay que entran en ella: porque strati es la puerta, y estrecha es el camino, que conduce a la vida, y pocos hay que la encuentran.  Mateo 7:13-14

¡La gracia es un favor inmerecido! No nos lo merecemos, pero aún es nuestro. La gracia y la misericordia de Dios son suficientes para ustedes y para mí en esta hora si nos arrepentimos de nuestras malas acciones y nos apartamos de nuestros malos caminos y pedimos perdón.

Si quieres arrepentirte y volver a estar de pie con Dios restaurar tu relación con él, di esta oración: Señor te pido que me perdones por permitir que el pecado de orgullo y lujuria cause división en mi corazón hacia ti.  No eres un Dios de división, sino el Dios de Univision. Eres el Dios de una visión y esa visión me ha quedado clara.  Eres el Dios del amor y tu gracia y misericordia nunca cesan.  Señor, te pido dirección y guía en todo lo que hago desde hoy en adelante.  Señor, quiero reconciliar mi relación contigo y tener un nuevo comienzo en mi relación contigo.  Lo pido en el nombre de Jesús.  Amén! Si quieres aceptar a Jesús como tu Señor y Salvador dice esta oración: Confieso con mi boca y creo en mi corazón que Dios resucitó a Jesús de entre los muertos.  Señor tu palabra declara que con el corazón el hombre cree en la justicia; y con la boca la confesión se hace para la salvación.   Romanos 10:9-10
