Healthy Lifestyle: Eat healthy and exercise daily

The problem with a lot of us is that we eat too much junk food.  Try drinking more water and eating more fruits and veggies to increase your overall health.  Let’s increase our daily exercise to at least walking one mile per day.  Walking is just about the easiest form of exercise there is!  Be heart healthy and heart smart today!
